Small Charming Renovated Studio, Utilities Included Rear units in 2-unit building. Street Parking. Small, charming, fully renovated studio located in South Redondo Beach. It's a must see!! The studio is located in the back of a house and has its own private entrance with small kitchen and bathroom and hardwood floors. Recently it was painted, cleaned and a new heater was installed. We live in the front house and are looking for someone quiet and respectful to take the back unit. Within the next few months we will be redoing the landscaping in both the front and back yards; it will be a really nice place to spend the summer relaxing inside and out with the occasional barbecue. The house is located in a great part of town with plenty of street parking. Rent includes the following utilities; electric, gas, water/sewer and trash. We are asking for an $800 deposit and there will be a $25 credit check if you decide to apply for the unit. No pets.
