Ethernet wired to every room. Utilities included internet, water, trash , electricity. Basic amenities such as dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent will be provided. 65" tvs in the common areas Will allow for a 1 month test month so you can assure that the house is in a good location and everyone is a good fit. We require no security deposit we only require 1 month up front payment. We have a maid that comes 4x a month to clean house and your room if you wish for an additional $15. We also have landscapers that come on a biweekly basis to ensure the yard is in good condition.
