About This Property

Room for Rent Currently have 2 bedrooms for rent 12-15-19 , $750 for master with personal bathroom 43" tv and queen size bed $650 1 regular bedroom Fully Furnished with 32" wall mounted tv and full sized bed upon move in brand new sheets and pillow will be provided if you want to use your own furniture that is fine i will store it. Ethernet wired to every room. Utilities included internet, water, trash , electricity. Basic amenities such as dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent will be provided. 65" tvs in the common areas Will allow for a 1 month test month so you can assure that the house is in a good location and everyone is a good fit. We require no security deposit we only require 1 month up front payment. We have a maid that comes 4x a month to clean house and your room if you wish for an additional $15. We also have landscapers that come on a biweekly basis to ensure the yard is in good condition.
