Additionally, provide at least the two most recent pay stubs or other income documentation as needed. Bank statements may also be required if further income verification is needed. • Utilities: The renter is responsible for water, gas, electric, and internet bills. Tenants are required to set up and pay these bills on time. • Rental History: Must meet all rental requirements. Full tenant screening will be done on every adult over the age of 18.
