The minimum age for booking is 25 years. Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 12 pm. Late check-out is possible upon advance notice and is subject to review and accommodation if possible. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building, and pets are not allowed. If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the partner has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees. As part of the anti-fraud verification process, each guest is kindly asked to send a selfie holding their ID. All guests staying in the apartment must provide their ID prior to check-in. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties.
