A 10 minute stroll to the top of Warren Street, this idyllic locale provides solace and sanctuary. This Arts & Crafts schoolhouse has 4 renovated 735 Sq. ft classroom lofts, each with it's own private back entrance. This is a park setting, totally removed from any living soul with acres and acres to stroll and explore but is only a couple minutes stroll down the hill to all the delights of Warren St.

I’m not kidding. I am appealing to those like me who can never go anywhere because they don’t have anyone to watch their fids (feathered K ids). Of course this apartment is available to anyone, but it is extremely bird friendly. There are two big cages and an aviary attached to the fire escape, right outside the kitchen door. Ideally, I would like someone who wants to explore the Hudson Valley for a month stretch or more. If I don’t find that, I will be open to shorter stays.
