The kitchen area is equipped with numerous cooking appliances and spacious countertops, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, sink with hot & cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, as well as a wardrobe with hangers and shelves. The spacious full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and includes a bath with a shower, mirror, toilet, and towels. For guests staying 28 days or more, consumables are the guest's responsibility after the initial reserve is used. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $25/day for stays of 1-5 days, $200 for stays of 6-28 days, and $300 for stays of 29+ days. These additional pet fees go directly to the cleaners. Unregistered guests are not permitted inside the property at any time, and a surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and do not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
