A non-smoking policy applies to all indoor and outdoor areas of this unit and building. The guest is liable for $500 per violation, resulting cleaning costs. Guests assume full responsibility for accidents, injuries, and illnesses that occur on the premises. At check-out, the guest is to vacate the unit, parking, and storage, while leaving keys and furnishings in the same condition as at check-in, minus reasonable wear and tear. In the cases of noise pollution on the street or near the home, we cannot control nor bear responsibility for such instances. Extensions on the same unit are based on pricing and availability of the unit at the time of the extension request. All extensions must be finalized before the original move-out date. Reservations confirmed for last-minute move-ins require all guest contacts, ID copies, and background checks before 10:30 am local time to be able to process same-day move-ins at 4:00 pm. If received past this time, move-in may be delayed to the next day for 4:00 pm check-in time due to scheduling conflicts with our staff. All guests' ID or passport photos and VISA/ESTAs for international guests have to be provided upon confirming the booking as per building regulations. In case a guest does not provide the above, the check-in will be cancelled. All occupants, and anyone booking on an occupant's behalf, will be subject to a background check, which will include a criminal and credit history to the extent permitted by law. United States citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and non U.S. citizens with work visas must provide a social security number to complete the background check. Should guests not meet requirements or decide not to complete these screenings, the reservation must be cancelled by guest with a penalty. In case of lost or damaged keys and parking remotes, charges will apply. We have the right to enter and inspect the home or to show the home to a potential tenant any day of the week between 9am and 6pm as long as the tenant has been informed via email at least one day in advance.
