Owner pays for weekly trash pickup Resident pays for gas & electric, water and sewer Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. 2 pet maximum. There is a One Time Pet Fee of $500 and monthly pet rent of $50/month per pet. There is a breed restriction of the following, including any mixes of these breeds: Chow, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, Husky or Staffordshire Terriers are not permitted.
