This apartment includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$25/day (and increases during events). Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. Located in the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave, this apartment is a 5-minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets and a 5-minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings, and smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces, with a $500 minimum fine assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. Ages 21+ to book. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. Includes two dedicated workspaces. This double queen apartment comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds in the same room.
