The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. Stylish interior design with carefully picked amenities and decorations make up for this lovely space. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 1-bedroom apartment. A cozy dining table is between the kitchen and the living room sofa, perfect for those who want to enjoy a delicious meal while having the TV on. One parking space is included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. If you need additional parking, it is $20 per day, but may raise if there are events going on. Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25 per night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. As you explore the neighborhood, you'll notice many of the original Pabst buildings have been preserved and repurposed for modern use, while still retaining their historic charm. The Pabst Brewery Complex, a series of interconnected buildings that once housed the brewery's operations, is now home to a variety of businesses, including a restaurant, a craft brewery, a coffee roastery, and a boutique hotel. If you're looking for outdoor activities, there are several parks and green spaces nearby, including the nearby Zilber Park, which offers a variety of recreational activities like hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds for children. The Milwaukee Riverwalk is also a popular destination for those who enjoy scenic walks along the riverfront, with plenty of restaurants and cafes along the way to stop for a bite to eat or a refreshing drink. When it comes to dining, the neighborhood has plenty of options to suit any taste. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events or gatherings are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. The bedroom features a comfortable bed designed to provide you with the perfect resting experience. Besides the hotel-like comfort, the bedroom is furnished to meet all your business needs with an office desk, a 21.5" monitor, and a chair.
