Hicks House was built in 1887 by Elhanan Hicks. The original structure was one story, with two later additions, resulting in the two and a half story structure of today. Each apartment boasts beautiful wood floors, and each is unique in its way. Apartment #1 has beautiful wood borders in its flooring.
