It has one sizable bedroom with a master bath, large living room and dining room areas, a half bath, lots of windows and a clean kitchen with solid old-style cabinets. Newly updated flooring and also recently painted. Washer/dryer access is in the basement. A front screened-in porch is shared by all tenants. GENERAL The house is in a safe neighbourhood right across from the police station and is only a few blocks from Grinnell College and the downtown area. We are attentive landlords. There is convenient off-street parking in the rear of the house. Snow removal and lawn maintenance are provided. Grinnell College students/international students/faculty welcome. Please note that some of the photos are old. The kitchen and half bath have new flooring. The flooring will be redone in the living and dining rooms, and the apartment painted.
