Rent is $2580 per month ($860 per person) with utilities included except electric, which adds about $30 per person per month average. The deposit is $3600 ($1000 per person) - there is no first and last month rent due at lease signing, just the deposit. And NO application fees. Lease duration is generally 12 months.
