This modern, thoughtfully designed suite features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and all essentials, as well as an open living room with cable TV and cozy seating. Enjoy the convenience of an in-suite washer and dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite. Fresh linens, duvets, and bath towels are provided. Free parking is available at the back of the building for one vehicle. A pack 'N Play Crib and a highchair are available for $40 each (one-time fee). Located steps from cafés, shops, and restaurants, this apartment is close to parks, cultural spots, and transit, making it a perfect base for exploring the city in comfort and style. Leslieville has a family-friendly-but-hip atmosphere that’s made it one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods for young families to live in, and among the most fun to visit. Locals flock here for weekend brunch, and foodies for the numerous restaurant and bar options. Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets. Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away. Some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
