This is a secured building where residents enter with a key. Each unit has an intercom system with a front door buzzer. Coin-operated laundry is on the first floor of the building. Tenants pay for electricity and water. ICS internet, garbage pick-up, snow removal and lawn care are included free of cost. Tenants must provide a wifi router, if desired. There is a parking lot on the south side of the building where residents receive 1 parking permit per unit.
