Central Ames 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment. Walking distance from Main Street and local restaurants and shops. A Cyride bus stop is located in front of the building! This location gives residents great access to the local amenities of Ames. 1006 Lincoln Way offers a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace. Units range in square footage between 700 - 890 square feet.  Kitchen includes range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. All upper units have a deck, while some lower units have a patio. This is a secured building where residents enter with a key. Each unit has an intercom system with a front door buzzer. Coin-operated laundry is on the first floor of the building. Tenants pay for electricity and water. ICS internet, garbage pick-up, snow removal and lawn care are included free of cost. Tenants must provide a wifi router, if desired. There is a parking lot on the south side of the building where residents receive 1 parking permit per unit. There is also free parking off-street, or additional garage stalls on-site, which can be rented for an additional fee. Please check with our leasing staff to see if any spots are available.  This property is not pet friendly. Undergrads are not allowed in this building.
