Enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom with a 55" Vizio TV and a firestick for streaming, complete with a walk-in closet and master bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a closet, and a make-up area with LED mirrors, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle. Additional amenities include free parking, fast Wi-Fi, a turfed balcony with a dining area, a turfed backyard, a covered backyard patio with a TV, a fire pit, a large living space with a 70" Samsung TV, a mini bar with card games, a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a huge island with a granite countertop, a dining area with a large dining table, a greenery wall with a light-up sign, a washer and dryer, and recycling facilities. Pets are allowed but must be disclosed in the booking. A pet fee of $200 is required per stay. You'll be mere moments away from Broadway, Germantown, East Nashville, and the airport. Also nearby are Dutch Bros and Jack's BBQ, considered one of the best BBQ places in Nashville. The house is located just 8 minutes from Broadway, 12 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Germantown, and 5 minutes from East Nashville. Jack’s BBQ is only 2 minutes away, and Dutch Bros Coffee is also 2 minutes away. Guests will have access to the front door with a code provided at check-in, which must be entered on the keypad. Enjoy free access to the entire house and the fenced-in backyard. A non-refundable fee of $50 will be applied for early check-in or late check-out. No smoking in or around the house, with a penalty of $100 for violations. Refrain from parking on the grass area or the neighbor’s side of the driveway, with a $50 fine per day for violations. Standard check-out time is 11 am, with a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes of late check-out unless agreed upon with the host.
