Jack’s BBQ is only 2 minutes away, and Dutch Bros Coffee is also 2 minutes away. Guests will have access to the front door with a code provided at check-in, which must be entered on the keypad. Enjoy free access to the entire house and the fenced-in backyard. A non-refundable fee of $50 will be applied for early check-in or late check-out. No smoking in or around the house, with a penalty of $100 for violations. Refrain from parking on the grass area or the neighbor’s side of the driveway, with a $50 fine per day for violations.
