About This Property

Huge beautiful Victorian house for rent for a group of friends or students. Up to five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft and full basement. Perfect location for Millikin students just two blocks from the corner of Main and Oakland. This is a house and not individual apartments. I cover garbage and water. You cover electricity, gas, and cable/internet. Rent is $400 each person minimum of three people or $1,500 for the whole house. Deposit of one month rent and one month rent required on move in day.
