Past the living area,you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 4 guests to enjoy a delicious meal. Bask in the sun when you head out onto the screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling community pool. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the chaise lounge chairs. When hunger strikes,cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. The master has a king bed. Washer and Dryer included. Available June 1st-Jan 31/25 for 4 - 8 months. Sorry,no pets,no smoking. One tenant must be 55+,other must be 45+. Parking for one car. Located around the intersection of Broadway and Main Street, Downtown Dunedin extends from the marina west for several blocks.
