Both the living room and bedroom have tall ceilings, ceiling fans, and multiple large windows. Built-in air conditioner. LOTS of closet space with three large closets. Energy-efficient vinyl windows. The kitchen has a gas range, new faucet with large sink, and a refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. Ceramic tile floors run through the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom has updated fixtures and a beautiful old clawfoot tub. There is a handheld sprayer on the tub faucet, but there is NO separate SHOWER in this space, only a bathtub. You can't beat the location. Beautiful historic neighborhood. It's just a quick walk into downtown where you can enjoy summer festivals, coffee, great local restaurants and bars, Tin Caps games, performing arts, etc. The Lakeside neighborhood is bordered on two of three sides by rivers, which provide access to the Rivergreenway trail system, recreational boating, or just a peaceful evening walk. Also just a few blocks away is Lakeside Park, with world-class rose gardens, walking trails, tennis courts, and playground.
