This partially furnished rental features luxury vinyl plank throughout, modern appliances and finishes, internet included, and a washer and dryer. The primary suite has a king bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has dual sinks, mirrors, and a walk-in shower with three shower heads. The second bedroom has access to the backyard and garage, with a washer and dryer inside. The third bedroom is off the living room with a walk-in closet. The living room has a couch and a large flat-screen tv. The kitchen has an over-the-range microwave, a double sink, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. This home has an occupied attached unit that is over the garage. No pets are accepted. All showings are by appointment only and accompanied by an agent. All occupants over 18 must apply online at Must have 3 times the monthly rent for income per month. No previous evictions or landlord debt. Applicants must pass a credit check, criminal background check, employment verification, and rental verification. See our website for our resident selection criteria. Once approved, deposits, fees, pro-rated rent, and first-month rent must be paid in CERTIFIED funds unless otherwise directed by Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast.
