The living room has a couch and a large flat-screen tv. The kitchen has an over-the-range microwave, a double sink, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. This home has an occupied attached unit that is over the garage. No pets are accepted. All showings are by appointment only and accompanied by an agent. All occupants over 18 must apply online at Must have 3 times the monthly rent for income per month. No previous evictions or landlord debt.
