The basement features family room with gas fireplace and built ins, 3rd bedroom with built in nook, 2nd full bath, laundry room and unfinished storage area. Outside there is a water feature in the front yard, mature landscaping, and a beautiful large custom deck in the fenced backyard. The home includes an 8 camera looping non-monitored security system, gas heat, two water heaters, a detached shop and garden shed. Home includes all appliances: 2 refrigerators, range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. Basic garbage and recycling are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. TERMS: •Minimum gross household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent •One year rental agreement. •NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
