About This Property

This house was built in the early 1890s and is divided into 2 apartments. This large 2 bedroom apartment is the entire first floor of the house. The living room has wood floors and is open to the kitchen which also has a wood floor. There is a built-in breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are large with wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fans and double size closets. The bathroom is large and has an antique claw foot tub with an attached shower, built in vanity, and a built-in linen cabinet. There is a large private service porch off the living room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a door off the porch to the yard and 2 spots for off street parking. It is conveniently located walking distance to downtown. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. Application fee is $60, upon approval $40 goes towards your deposit! References and security deposits are required.
