Located on Orlando's northeast side, Oviedo is directly north of the University of Central Florida, a large research university, and Central Florida Research Park. It is also home to Seminole State College-Oviedo Campus. Because of its location to UCF, Oviedo is fast-growing, home to about 30,000 residents and frequently listed as one of the country's best places to live.
