About This Property
Hi future tenant, I am looking to rent out my two bedroom and 1 bath condo. The pictures are mainly from when I bought it. Below are some features of my unit. - I renovated my kitchen in 2018, so now it has all stainless appliances, new cabinets, and nice ceiling lights. - I bought Bosch washer and dryer for my unit. The building also has slightly bigger washer and driver in case you want to wash something bigger. - There is a small room in the unit that can be used as storage. - I replaced the carpet floor in the bedrooms with laminate floors. - The rent includes high speed 1 GB internet (pretty much 1 minute to download a movie from Netflix) and basic cable. - Floor to ceiling windows with 18' balcony adjacent to living room and not facing the main street. - We bought new AC/furnace in 2018 and use Eco-bee to monitor. Therefore, our electricity bill is pretty low around $60 in the summer and less than $50 in the winter as the gas for heat is covered by the building. - We have some kitchen furniture and balcony furniture that can stay if you would like. Features for the building. - modern concrete 2004 construction mid-rise building - The building only allows 1/3 of units to be rented out. Therefore, the building is maintained really well. - it allows dogs and cats. A lot of my neighbors have pets, and they are well trained. I really did not hear any noise or smell anything while living here. - it has two elevators and my unit is on the 6th floor - my building has heated garage parking. I do not own a parking spot, other owners often post their spot for renting. The price that I have seem in the building are around $100-$150 per month. - it has a big bike room - it has a small exercise room that you can see in the picture (basic equipment, but it is free) - Great transportation options: 2 blocks to Wilson red line Line station & 4 blocks to express buses. Wonderful location to Lake, beaches, restaurants & groceries. Not too far away from the Ravenswood metra station. As I mentioned above, I am really looking to find a good tenant to take care my place with 1 year lease and renewable at the end of the lease. There is $250 new tenant set up fee charges by my building. There is no fee charged by me. Also, If you decide to do the lease, the building will require $200 move in fee to ensure no damage in the moving process and they will refund you after you completed the move. At the same time, I will do credit and background check, etc.
