Property Id: 1491863 We have had mature nondependent male corporate tenants rent a room and share our very comfortable 3900 Sq Ft executive home. Most of our previous renter/tenants preferred alternative to "extended stay type" housing option. We provide an unfurnished 11X13 room room has new carpeting, large closet with organizers, unfurnished. A newly remodeled 3/4 modern bath is provided, which only very occasionally is use by owner and when entertaining, but essentially private to renter, you can keep all of your stuff in that bathroom. One stall of a large well lighted 3 car garage is provided with opener. We have a large whole-house automatic backup generator. Use of main house, living room, dining room, Den, large kitchen, sun room. Thorough Credit and Criminal background check.
