When I moved into this apartment I was so excited, it has real tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and central heating and air. About a month after I moved in I noticed water leaking from the drain pan for my furnace onto and under the tile, it started to expand and crack the tile. IT took my landlord and manager(who lives next door) 2 months to fix the problem after I reported it. I lived there for 12 months(once my lease was up I left) and they never came and fixed my garbage disposal(which never worked). The manager lets his dogs defecate all over the a joined cement back porch and doesn't clean it up. I'm a very clean person(OCD) and the place was cleaner when I left then I moved in and I still was denied my deposit, but because of the state I live in (AR) it would cost more to get the deposit in court, than the actual deposit. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these apartments, they are beautiful but lack any kind of repair work, which means if the preexisting renter punched a hole in the wall it'll still be there when you move in. There also is no place for children to play, the few grass areas there, are for dog waste and they do not clean up after themselves. If you don't listen to my warning then at least let me let you know, if you get this apartment you will be woken up by dogs barking(the women had 5) at all hours of the night because she doesn't work and the government pays her bills so she has nothing better to do., and don't bother complaining(don't remember how many times I did) because she is friends with the managers wife and ill quote what she said "they have been pooping on that concrete for three years they'll be doing it another 3). The place is great, but management, landlord and neighbors are the worst
