Worcester combines urban living with historic New England character. The "Heart of the Commonwealth" features housing options ranging from the city's signature triple-decker homes to apartment communities throughout its neighborhoods. Currently, renters can expect to pay around $1,758 for a one-bedroom apartment, with rental rates showing a moderate increase of 2.9% over the past year. Popular areas include the Canal District, with its restaurant and entertainment scene, and the Shrewsbury Street corridor, known for its Italian heritage. Worcester is home to several higher education institutions, including the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Clark University.
The city offers numerous parks and green spaces, including the historic Elm Park, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted in 1854. The 549-acre Green Hill Park provides recreational facilities, while Lake Quinsigamond is a destination for rowing and boating enthusiasts.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 100 Wall St
we moved into a 2 bedroom apartment on wall street about a year ago and its been so great for us. washer and and dryer in the unit which is a huge game changer. the apartments were built no to long ago so it hasn't had much turnover - so everything is almost brand new!! maintenance has been wonderful— we haven't had much go wrong but a few occasions we called and it was handled so quickly. i have 2 small children so garage parking has been really helpful during the winter. Parks, grocery store, dollar store and fast food is within a 5 min ride which we love. so glad we chose this place!
I’ve been living at 100 Wall St and couldn’t be happier with my 2-bedroom unit and garage parking. The space is incredibly generous, with sweeping views of the city that never get old. One of my favorite features is the kitchen — not only does it have a giant pantry, but there are more cabinets than I even know what to do with. It’s perfect for anyone who loves to cook or just appreciates good storage. On top of that, the building is extremely well-managed. Jenn, the building manager, is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Highly recommend this building for anyone looking for space, views, and top-notch management.
Building is crawling with section 8 housing now. Tenants park in each other spots, leave dog crap everywhere, loud parties, children running and screaming in the hallways, and there is trash every where inside and especially outside the building. Trash comes once a week and in the meantime that garbage container outside will get so full its disgusting. Garage door that people may $80/ month to use was just out of order for the last three months. Management does absolutely nothing and response time takes about a week.
These apartments are so poorly built you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The walls are so thin you can’t escape noise above and next to you. You can hear everything from daily conversations to parties and blasting music on weekends. Not worth your money.
Paper thin walls, no visitor parking, not clean, over priced. Everything breaks and maintenance takes forever to do anything in the building.
The idea of here was great in the beginning. But there is so much wrong with this place. 1. You can hear everything , I regularly would hear my neighbors having s*x while I was trying to watch tv in the living room. You can hear neighbors talking or arguing. 2. The owners don’t care about anything, something wrong? They will take over a month to fix it or not fix it at all. 3. They only care about people who work for them at their restaurant. 4. Over priced for crap. 5. They have NO recycling. Only cardboard… over all it’s a waste of your money. Go find a better condo that has at least amenities because this place has none. Abs their workers are so unpleasant.
Great apartments but not sound proof. You can hear your neighbors conversations and footsteps which can be very frustrating.
Other than the apartments being brand new, they’re modern, have quality appliances and high tech features. The maintenance responds fast and the property management is extremely friendly. I highly recommend 100 wall st.
Scheduled an in person tour of the 1 bedroom apartment. Stood outside for 10 minutes calling with no answer. Finally somebody answered and stated “Sorry all the 1 bedrooms got taken 2 days ago. The next opening is in October. I just updated the site.” So not very professional. Person did not even sound like he was in the building to begin with. At least call and update us instead of making us drive all the way here for nothing. Im sure the apartment is nice (from at least the pictures) but we wouldnt know since our tour got cancelled without notice. Look elsewhere for apartments if you want a professional experience.
The modern look and hardwood floors, are a great addition to the harmonious layout of each space room to room. The view of Worcester is pleasant and eye catching. While the staff management are a pleasure to work with as they understood my living space needs. Sincerely James Allen
