After relocating to Arizona, I earned a degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University while running a coffee shop (yes, lots of caffeine and late nights). That chapter led to a 10-year career in software development — where I learned to think analytically and solve problems. But I’m also a hands-on, creative person, and eventually I followed my entrepreneurial instincts into real estate investing. I began acquiring and restoring historic properties, bringing them back to life while navigating permits, contractors, budgets, and design decisions myself. That real-world experience — not just theory — became the foundation of how I guide my clients today.
