Experience the sounds of the waves and trade winds from every room of this newly-remodeled six-bedroom home. Perfect for multi-family gatherings, you’ll enjoy its central location and unforgettable ocean views. Hale Kalio features six well appointed bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two outdoor showers. Ocean or garden views from every room allow you to awake each morning to the beauty of the island. Hale Kalio has a beautiful kitchen with GE appliances. Furnished with a variety of small appliances and utensils, it's the perfect space to prepare your favorite meal while conversing with family and friends. Upstairs you’ll find two primary suites. The first one features a king-size bed, a sitting area, a closet, and a ceiling fan. A door from the primary suite provides access to the private lanai. The second suite has a king-size bed and louvered windows which let in the fresh ocean air. Relax indoors or access the large private lanai through the sliding glass doors. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the picturesque Mokulua Island views. One more bedroom upstairs is furnished with bunk beds - the perfect option for children - as well as a door to a private lanai Located downstairs, the third suite is furnished with a queen-size bed, access the fenced outdoor yard from your suite, which is furnished with a private outdoor shower. Two additional bedrooms are also located downstairs. The first is furnished with a soft full-size bed, and the smallest bedroom features a twin bed. Sip your coffee out on the lanai or in the great room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and 30-foot ceilings. Sliding doors in the living areas allow easy access to the large covered lanai and beautiful, expansive yard. An abundance of comfortable seating allows you and your guests to enjoy each other’s company as you ease into vacation mode. A private access path on the property leads to the five-mile stretch of Kailua’s white sand beach, which was voted by Conde Nast as one of America’s most beautiful beaches. Experience the bliss of swimming in the crystal clear waters and sunbathing on the velvety sands. The fun and excitement of downtown Kailua is only two minutes away, where you’ll have access to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Walk five minutes down the beach to Kalapawai Deli, a local favorite. Golf, hiking and other outdoor activities are also nearby. Hale Kalio is a comfortable, centrally-located vacation home on Oahu and the ideal place to spend your tropical vacation while exploring the many natural and cultural wonders of the island.
