The house has a fully renovated modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main house. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is an attached guest suite with full bath. Spacious yard with hammock, dining table for 8, porch for morning coffee. House is fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped. House includes use of 2 bikes, kayak, beach chairs, etc. Washer/dryer, WIFI, out door shower, brand new split AC units in all bedrooms and main area. 55 inch TV in living room and TV in primary bedroom. Please note that all short term rentals in Oahu are subject to a short term rental tax of 17.75%. Short term is defined as anything less than 180 days. This tax is additional to the rent and is transmitted directly to the state.
