About This Home
100 E Crabtree Circle - 3-bedroom, 2 bath Single-family home - $1,995/month plus utilities - This unique property was originally the home of Robert and Carol Monk who donated most of the land on which Monk Botanical Gardens now sits. The property was renovated in 2019 including new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, paint, and bathroom upgrades. The first floor features a huge eat-in kitchen with gas range, a formal dining room, a large living room with a gas fireplace and a large bank of windows overlooking the Monk Gardens Pond, a full bathroom, a master-suite with walk-in closet and master bath, and two additional large bedrooms and main floor laundry. There are hiking trails from the property that access the gardens which have community programs and events year round (there are signs posted to prevent patrons of the gardens from hiking onto private property). The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
