OTR is an amazing neighborhood full of some of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping in the region. A blossoming entertainment district that is a wonderful place to visit. You're close to the stadiums, multiple wedding venues such as Old St. Mary's, Woodward Theater, Music Hall, the Vestry, Rhinegeist, Bell Event Center, and just 2 blocks from the Main St. Streetcar stop to reach downtown/Banks. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, the reservation will be terminated without refund. Smoking and lighting anything in this property is prohibited, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking indoors. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
