Property Ratings at 10 West Apartments
Everyone in the management office are rude unprofessional and disrespectful. The place is mice and roach infested. If you need a good apartment. Trust me, this is not the place.
There is absolutely no insulation between units. You can hear neighbors sneeze, but worse than that residents will blast music. My complaints have been made with no results. I had a motion activated pet toy go off based on the bass shaking the floor of my unit. The renter’s legal right to reasonable peace and quiet is out the window at the place. I can’t even remember what reasonable peace and quiet feels like. The residents are the worst part of this place, I’ve watched drug deals, people peeing in the parking spaces and they let off fire works 10 feet from the front door of the building. Blasting music at 3 am, driving through the grass, overflowing dumpsters, trashed parking lots and smelly shared spaces. It’s embarrassing to host guests at a place like this. I went 5 days without air conditioning as it was 84 degrees out and it was only an emergency at 85 degrees. Living here has been destructive to my sanity and the sanity of my pet. We are lucky to be getting out.
I've been in these apartment for more than 3years now, this is the best apartment I've ever stayed in. Amazing environment, nice staffs and awesome neighbors. And I'm not planning on moving out of this place anytime soon.
I’d rate no stars if this app would allow me to. My lease is ending in August and I’ve never been more ready to move than I am now. The apartments stink, the trash is not maintained around the complex, trash all throughout the halls, late pool openings, and rude maintenance and office staff has pushed me over the edge. However even worse than that is the parking. The parking here at this complex is non-existent, there’s not enough spots for every car and visitor. Don’t think about parking next to the sidewalk or anywhere else unless you’re willing to pay $150 to get your car out of the tow impound lot. Talked to the office about this issue and all they said was “you need to find a spot,” funny they say that when it’s not their apartment they’re trying to park at. I have several other rants that have reassured my decision to move out of this complex as quickly as I can, but this is the main one. It’s simply not worth it. Good luck.
These apartments isn’t bad. Things have changed. The pool is open in the summer. I went last year. The club house is open. Yes you have to pay a water bill but I haven’t had problems with my neighbors or anything. They do need to fix the street potholes.
I will never recommend NOONE to move here ! just because they remodeled and renamed it's still horrible gun shots at nights loud neighbors weed smell in the hall ways water and lights being cut off with out notice from the office just will never recommend NOONE to move here and I can not wait until the lease is up !!!!!
This place is trash.. This is my 5th year living here n last month they asked me to move so they could rebuild and then stuck me in a way more expensive apartment than I had before. They also started charging for numerous of things, like water. But with the water bill, everyone in the building uses the same tank, so if your neighbor is bathing 10 times a day or have people there that shouldn't b there and using all that water, your going to get charged for it. And good luck on getting any hot water!!!!! The office staff is rude and they will lie to get you in there. Plus the pool & clubhouse has been shut down for over 3 years so what good is it to live where there is a pool when you can't never use it!!!! #VeryUnhappy #DontMoveHere
What a joke, office? BS...Maintenance non-existent, filthy, drugs, can't abide by the law...evictions without due process....threats....DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE...
