The kitchen is equipped with all amenities and appliances needed for staying in, and there is a washer and dryer for guest use. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, a fine of $1000 will be imposed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
