$800/month rent & $800 security deposit. Electricity, heat, and hot water, are all included. I'm flexible on small pets depending upon the animal. Very cozy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Cazenovia. There is a private entrance with off street parking. Washer and dryer are in the unit and hooked up. I recently remodeled the entire apartment including new: kitchen counter-top, floors, shower, bathroom sink, toilet, bedroom lighting, recessed lighting in the living room, insulated and sheetrock walls and ceiling. Some appliances and furniture are included. There is also a back storage area to use. The upstairs tenant is a nurse and has always been a courteous neighbor. I bought the house two years ago and remodeled the first floor to live in myself while renting the upstairs. I was single at the time and moved out after I got married. Honestly, this is a great place to live. I've lived in apartment complexes before and this is so much nicer in every way. If you're new to Cazenovia, it's a gorgeous quaint town full of 19th century architecture. This house is right in the village and walking distance to: the library, hardware store, ice-cream shop, numerous restaurants, multiple cafes, and Cazenovia Lake. We had an Independence Day tradition when I lived there of walking down the street to the parade in the morning, to our favorite restaurant for a BBQ lunch, over to the ice-cream shop and swimming in the lake in the afternoon, and then to the park to watch fireworks at night.
