The second floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and features the bedroom with cathedral ceiling and king-sized bed where you can wake up to ocean views. The second floor also includes a washer/dryer and a private balcony with seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets over the water. The cottage comes fully furnished. It is one of two cottages on the property and shares the yard with the neighboring cottage. Available September 12th through June 12th. Monthly rent: $2,500 Rent includes: water/sewer, trash removal, internet, and an electric/heat credit of up to $300 per month. Tenant must pay for any electric/heat usage above the monthly credit. Roku TV included; cable is not included. Parking is street parking with off street parking available during snow emergencies. Pets are considered on a per case basis.
