It’s so nice and homey! Such a great community with lots of great amenities like the pool, grills, trash room, lots of parking, gym, and community room!
The place is spacious and very comfy I’m very happy with my new apartment! The bathroom is credibly spacious the shower is nice and it’s a wonderful community to be a part of!

Excellent and friendly community. Random neighbors were helpful with my move in. Staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that people seem annoyed when my kids are playing in the pool, even if at opposite ends.

Everything here is great. Except for parking lot safety. Every night there's at least 3 or 4 fake Uber casing the entire parking lot all night, looking into peoples cars

We have been moving in for a week now and absolutely love the complex and people. The leasing staff has been more than welcoming and helpful. Maintenance fixed issues we found within a reasonable time. The residents are very helpful, kind, and considerate. So far our experience has been amazing!

Like how quiet and peaceful it is living hear. There are a lot of good places to eat at and close to the mall and other attractions. The staff made the move in easy and they answered all questions asked. The living space is beautiful with a lot of natural sunlight and very spacious living spaces.

Overall the community has been quiet and clean, everybody has been respectful and I have felt extremely safe and welcome. Those who I have met at the leading office have been nothing but kind and welcoming, ensuring that my move in experience has been smooth and without issues. I enjoy being here when it’s quiet. I like sitting on the balcony on a nice day with my dog. It’s a shame the pool isn’t open even though it’s almost June because we’ve had some hot days. It’s also close to various restaurants

Great community, good amenities, nice to walk around. Generally quiet and well maintained. Only feedback will be to have security cameras available since we are paying so much in rent anyway

Kennedy Flats is the place to be. Convenient to the highway and tons of shopping. The units are spacious and modern and quiet. The amenities are great with a nice big pool, 24 hour fitness center, warm and friendly common area and easy access mail rooms. Large elevators make moving in a breeze. And pet friendly too. Lauren, Eric and Clarissa will make the moving in process a pleasure. If you’re interested in Kennedy, don’t wait any longer.

I lived at 1 Kennedy Flats for 5 years and overall, it was a great experience. The community is wonderful, and the leasing office staff are absolutely fabulous—always friendly and helpful. However, the rent did get more expensive over time with regular increases, though that's something that happens in many places. Highly recommend the leasing office team for their excellent service!

The hallways frequently have unbearable odors. At one point, it smelled like boiling tuna, and another time, like urine. Unfortunately, these smells even seeped into our unit. Additionally, the lawns are often littered with trash, and some residents leave oversized trash bags on the trqsh room floor instead of using the trash chutes, contributing to the problem. That said, the staff and maintenance team are excellent—responsive and professional—and this review does not reflect poorly on them. The amenities are great as well. However, it seems that many residents lack basic respect for shared spaces, which has significantly impacted my living experience. Although I am not renewing my lease due to an increased commute, I would still move out based on the community atmosphere alone. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall living experience for future residents.

I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment , and I was really impressed. The leasing office staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information, making it easy to settle in. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. The open floor plan made the space feel bigger than expected, and everything from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom fixtures seemed high-quality and well-maintained. The large windows let in a lot of natural light, which really brightened up the space. The building amenities were a nice touch as well. I had a chance to check out the fitness center, which was well-equipped, and the common areas were neatly organized and inviting. The location is also very convenient.

Great building, but the rentals are just a little too high and the Building is way under staffed. The staff in general are great. The community room could use a new pool table and accessories

It is a pleasure living here at Kennedy Flats. I have lived in a couple different apartment buildings and by far, this is the best. Maintenance staff…. Whom I would like to personalize and recognize the names of a few including Clarissa, Novi and Hugo meet and go above expectations. They are professional and never do they make you feel like you have annoyed them by putting a request of service. They enter the home with a smile upon their face each time. Eric in the office, is always a ray of sunshine with a smile on his face passing by him each day! It’s winter and the holiday season so the lobby of the building is decorated beautifully for us residents and the potential newcomers. Pertaining to winter, snow removal is always done with care and consideration. Hosted events show appreciation to tenants that include catering with food and beverages. These are just a few positive aspects of living at Kennedy Flats. We are happy living here!

What a great place to live. The units are amazing. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, large and spacious bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryers , plenty of closet space, and even pet friendly. Convenient to the highway and all major shopping and hospital. Lauren and Eric are great. They’ll find just the perfect fit for you. I can’t say enough. Great place to live. Office staff are always willing to help with whatever they can and the community events are always very nice. Maitenance requests are always handled in a timely fashion and amenities are top notch

Leasing office staff and maintenance do the best they can, but some community members just refuse to be considerate and follow rules. Love my apartment and amenities.

Clean, friendly front office. Accommodating. Wonderful place to live. I would recommend more people looking for quality apartments to apply here
I’m very happy with my decision of moving my family to Kennedy Flats. We have everything we need in one building, 24hr fitness gym, community room, pool, outdoor grilling, mail, package concierge and an indoor trash area. Not to mention our unit has everything also, stainless steal appliances (including dishwasher and garbage disposal), subway tiles in bathrooms and espresso cabinets throughout. Lauren and her team made the move in experience as seamless as possible. I’d definitely recommend this community to my family and friends.
Nice and clean space. There are no loud neighbors so far, I love to see the pets walking by. Nice amenities, and I am in love with the apartment localization.
The unit is terrific and the amenities are amazing. I’d highly recommend to anyone. Everything was clean and ready before my arrival. Lauren and Eric are great, they took care of everything.
We enjoy living here. Concerns are always addressed in a timely manner regarding the building. Clarissa and Novi are the best and always smiling when they greet you each day. The interaction has been positive 100% of the time. I would say even if they are having a bad day, they know how to hide it well. It’s always a pleasure passing by them. I have really enjoyed living in this community. The neighborhood is nice and the amenities and staff support is awesome. Some smaller issues like there noise around the pool can be improved.

I throughly enjoy living here. The leasing staff made of Eric and Courtney made my move in easy & communication was transparent and fast. Maintenance is friendly and fast as well, Novi & Clarissa are very thorough. I enjoy the gym, community events the very most.
