A large family room also has a pull up bar that overlooks the kitchen. You could add stools for extra seating and entertaining! Off the family room, a large glass slider door opens to a private balcony and lets in natural light. The bedroom is spacious! There is a big walk in closet with shelves and hanging space. An in-unit laundry room makes that chore easy and convenient. In the laundry room there is also lots of additional storage. The home has Central Air. 40 sq ft deck! We have one parking space that is covered and reserved plus one additional parking space. Rent also includes an on-site Pool, Clubhouse, and Tennis Court. There are lots of green spaces in the community. Fireplace can not be used. No pets allowed please. $34 Application Fee per person due when submitting application. $150 Holding Fee due when application is screened (is applied to security deposit once approved or refunded if not approved).
