It is one paid parking spot per household. -Insurance is $12 per month. Renters insurance is required and will be added to your monthly charges unless you provide proof of an active personal policy that meets our coverage requirements. -Media is $99 monthly and it is required. It is internet only and you will need to provide your own router. -Utilities include water, sewer, trash and valet trash. Total averages around $150. Can be more or less depending on the month! -Gas and Power are paid on your own through Rocky Mountain Power and Enbridge Gas.
