Start simple with an overall rating. Then, narrow it down by grading the community on the location/neighborhood, overall value, office staff, maintenance service, quality of amenities and noise. Here is an example:

I lived here for three years and love it. The building is conveniently located near a grocery store, shopping and public transportation. The doormen are always on top of their game, the management is responsive and the neighborhood is safe. Overall, it's a great place to live!
