No response!!!!

I was told I was approved over the phone almost 2 weeks ago. We were supposed to get our welcome letter by Monday 6/24. I’ve called the office multiple times and emailed with no responses. When I called at 9am, like office hours show online, I was told the office doesn’t open until 10am but someone should be getting to me that day. Still no response or replies to my emails. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

live in your car

I lived here for two years, hoping things improve. After realizing things were getting worse and rent was still average for the area. I got quick as possible without breaking lease. These people have the most unorganized and remedial staff. Pay attention to details in your lease agreements. In my apartment the infestation bugs is the worst part, now that I’ve moved out. I notice how disgusting and dirty those apartment are. I don’t get how they haven’t been fined for non-compliance living standards. This place needs to be audited.

Worst place to live

This place is terrible. Office staff never answers phone, maintenance is shotty at best. Never replaced my air filter in the 2 years I lived there. Cars get vandalized around the clock. Fireworks shot off every night. But the worst part is the bed bugs whole complex is infested. I didn't know what one was till I moved in here. You pay for pest control but i never once seen any signs of pest control company or proof that they were in my unit.If you have a choice of being homeless or here stay homeless

This place is a nightmare!!! Save yourself!! I can’t wait to move out of here. If you plan on moving here best to have security alarms or cameras on 24/7.

Just don't rent here

Literally everything about these apartments are horrid. The residents, workers in the office (not professional, incredibly negligent and rude), and the facilities are just not worth what you pay, at all. Save your money and headaches by renting somewhere else.

Don’t Expect Much

While living is this particular complex, it was a terrible experience. At first glance it’s nice, but when you look closer your cabinets are all damaged and disgusting and don’t stay shut. Paint splatters all over the floor. The stairways are disgusting. The AC doesn’t work and they won’t do anything to fix it, just leave you in the summer heat. The mediocrity of the whole thing is ridiculous. The gate works only half of the time and you have to pay for trash pick up, but they tell you what they will and will not take and when they will do it. It should not be mandatory to pay for trash when they don’t pick up everyday or they pick and choose what they will take. Don’t expect any pep in the step of the maintenance people, they will just close your work orders without even coming to your apartment. I hate that I gave a year of my life and money to this sorry excuse of a complex.

Don’t make a mistake!!

Current company is trying to make a better place but this apartment has a several problems! Service is really bad! Don’t move in if u don’t waste your money!! I had a mold!

Don't bother

When we first signed our lease, management was friendly and the place looked great. Shortly after that, aparently the owner was losing money. Couldn't get a simple garbage disposal fixed. Broken cars everywhere. Trash and sand everywhere. Kids throwing rocks at cars and no security cameras to prove this. New management isn't much better. Evictions are happening left and right because they can't seem to make a smooth transition after buying. Claiming rents aren't paid when they were paid to old management. The trash may be managed more, but there is more ofit due to all the furniture being thrown out after an eviction.

Utterly Disgusting & Highly Unsafe Place To Live

1 Star because 0 is not an option. Do NOT be fooled by the "New Owners" sales pitch. The new management and maintenance staff is much worse than the previous owners/staff. They have made endless broken promises about cleaning up the place and renovations. It has been 2 months and they can't even manage the trash problem. Absolutely do not come here. The trash is a constant issue. The living conditions here are pure filth. The breezeways and steps are the nastiest things I've ever encountered and they refuse to pressure wash. People have broken blinds everywhere and use blankets and towels to cover their windows because the blinds that they install are the cheapest available and paper thin. They also will not replace those when they break and they break just by opening and closing them. The pool is not open when the leasing office is closed because the residents can't be trusted at the pool without office supervision. Gangs of unsupervised kids roam the property all hours of the night and blast their ghetto music in the parking lot. Crime is nearly an every day occurrence ... up to and including a guy being stabbed in his bed by an intruder and the swat team busting down a door to raid a drug dealer ... and still the owners will not hire security. There is a chicken plant nearby and the smell is horrendous at night. They charge a high rent based on a ton of promises about being new owners, renovations, blah blah blah that they have no intentions of honoring and then will not let you out of your lease. The living conditions are deplorable inside and out. Please learn from my bad experience and do not believe their lies. This place should absolutely be avoided.

Horrible place to live, literally a dump!!! Infested with bugs. Everything is falling apart. Drive through and see for yourself. The rent is very high and it look like low income government housing.
