The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Fox Run Apartments
My husband and I really liked living here. We are military, and was stationed in Groton. Its close to base but in a great country town Ledyard. We were able to save money and purchase a home after our lease ended. Never had any mold issues like other reviews. Management is kind. I didn't like the mail dropped off in the lease office. You really cant beat the price... I would recommend it!
My husband and I have been living here for 9 years now and love it. There have only been a few times that I have had to call the office for things to be fixed or taken care of in our apartment. The maintenance guys have been great every time polite and courteous and always explain what is going to need to work done. 99% of the time I am home when they need to come in to do something and the off chance that I am not here I never knew that they have been in my place except they have fixed whatever was wrong. These guys are great and treat the place as if it was their own.
Fox Run apartments are on the lower side of rent in the area, but keep in mind you pay for what you get. It is a quiet area and people stay to themselves. There are large common areas, but it lacks a playground and a pool. The apartments themselves are decent, but mold is a huge issue. If you don't keep an eye on things mold will take over your walls. The maintenance personal is hopeless at best, so it's easier to keep up with things yourself. If you need cheaper rent this is your place, but keep in mind you get nothing extra. It's close to the schools, which are great for playground access.
Just recently moved from here. The biggest problem is the mold.I ran my fans bought 2 dehumidifiers ran them constantly but still the mold would grow. The office is diffucult to deal with mainly Shawn.I had numerous maint issues they were always handle promptly and proffesionally.wish the manager was like maint. THEY CARE
