Rated 2 out of 5?by crash92 Nice Apartments / Bad Management These are very nice apartments to live in. The living space and bed rooms are big and having a washer and drier in unit is great. The management on the other hand makes changes such as (at one point) not allowing Dish Network to install any type of services. This changed, but they are now charging $50/hr if the washer, drier, garbage disposal, dish washer, or toilets need any work and they deem you responsible for the "damages". This is an insane practice! The repair guy has accused my family of clogging toilets and the garbage disposal when we didn't do anything to them. Don't bother calling management to handle any noise complaints, they don't do anything about them either. March 11, 2013
