We currently live here and can not wait for our lease to be up!
We haven't had a working doorbell since we moved in, our in apartment washer/ dryer has had issues three different times and took over two weeks to get fixed. The washer/ dryer has put holes in 6 pairs of my jeans and they are old and do not work. Currently our garbage disposal motor is out and don't even get me started on the snow removal!

Positives:
- Apartments themselves are clean, large and well-equipped. Washer/dryer, fireplace (albeit with a 15-minute timer...), a walk-in closet in both bedrooms, balconies... it's all there. Only minor maintenance issues. Attached garage is standard if not above standard size for most similar places.
- Awesome neighborhood - nearby walking/biking paths, relatively quiet but near enough to Kwik Trip and restaurants/bars, highway access made only slightly inconvenient because of the missing ramps on the 10/41/441 interchange.
- Pool, hot tub and clubhouse are clean and rarely crowded.
- Office staff is friendly and helpful. No trouble getting maintenance when needed.
Negatives:
- Speaking only for my apartment, the floors creak badly in a couple spots along major walkways, such that I worry about bothering my downstairs neighbors at night. Also, the combination of my (admittedly higher-powered) microwave and other appliances is occasionally too much for the circuit breaker.
- The north edge of the property is a mosquito breeding ground. Important info primarily for balconies facing that direction. They often have to pump water behind building 1750 in the spring.
- The workout room is disappointing. It's seems like half the cardio machines are down at any given point, and it's difficult for more than one person to weight train at a time. If you can go during a non-peak time it's less of a problem.

Anyone looking for nice place to live, i'm sure comes to this place first. I have lived here for five years and can say i've never enjoyed my apartment home as much as i do here and i've lived many places. Just wanted put in a good word for the property and staff. Great job and thanks for all you do to make this community the best in the Fox Valley!
