Rated 2 out of 5?by sgtagem Never Again My Wife and I move in Mid 2012, The 1st thing we noticed was that the onsite managment is less than great, they yell at us for just about everything we do. We have a 2BR but we can only occupy 1 parking spot. so one of us must park in the "guest" parking. Our 1st incounter with them was the day we got our keys. We were moving in all day and it was just starting to get dark, the people that lived above us were up playing the drums so you can imagine that it was loud. I had a small radio playing in the back room, not blasting but loud enough to hear. The manager came walking in with his muddy shoes and yelled at us saying that 3 people called saying we were keeping them awake. Then we get to winter, Snow removal fun: They "ask" that you move your cars by 10am so they can plow without plowing you in. we both work 8-6 jobs so most of the time our cars were gone but when we get back the plowing wasnt done then we would get the manager at the door asking us to move our cars "like the lease states" After a snowfall expect to see him snowblowing right away but any drifting or snowfall after he passes your apartment will be there till it melts. When you go to throw away your garbage expect to get questioned by the manager about what you are throwing away, They have issues with people throwing Paper in the regular trash ( just like EVERY complex out there) Their solution is to watch for people throwing stuff away so they can walk out and ask you if you are putting stuff where it belongs. I dont mind the apartments but the managment is crazy. If you pass the backround check, jump through the hoops and pay rent on time you shouldnt have to be treated like a child unless you are acting like one. Im afraid of what they are going to pull when we move out in 2 months. Something tells me that the 900 security Depo we had to pay will be gone even tho the apartment is in better shape then when we moved in. April 19, 2013
