Rated 3 out of 5?by Inadequate soundproofing Short version: this is the second-worst soundproofed apartment I've lived in. Basically, everything about the apartment complex is fine, except there is no actual sound insulation. I know a certain amount of noise is unavoidable in an apartment, but I've lived in much better places than this. I can hear every footstep, every door opened or closed, and every conversation from upstairs. (To say nothing of the outside hallway.) Other than that, the place is fine. They've got the doorway trash pickup, if you care about that. (I don't.) The apartments are wired for fiber optic, if you care about that. (I don't.) They have a pool and a gym, but basically the minimum needed to say they have those amenities. The freeway is nearby, but the apartments are outside of the noisy range. I'm in a remodeled apartment. Basically, the remodel included new carpets, new kitchen, and a new coat of paint. It did not include extra sound insulation. July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by Love this place!! The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with! When you need something taken care of, maintenance is on top of it too. The amenities are ok right now but they will be getting a whole lot better really soon. That is exciting! The location is fantastic!! Just under a ten minute walk to downtown Woodinville. Lots of places to shop, eat, and drink! And best of all, it is right next to the burke gilman trail. All around, this complex is one of the best places I've lived in! November 5, 2012
