have lived here for nearly 2 years. Would have give it a 5 stars until a recent incident. They made a mistake entering in my apartment, because I was transition to a new location my apartment looks empty. The removed fixture from my apartment, and my belonging as well. When I found out, I talked to the manager who settle the issue by ending my lease early. The manager claim the refunded rent the security deposit will cover the valuable that they took from apartment. It was a very unpleasant incident for the fact that you trust the management with the secondary key but the violate the lease and enter my apartment without giving any notification. not only that they have took my valuables away and claim refunded rent from ending the lease will cover the cost of items they have taken from me. Can you believe this? I felt I literally got rob by my landlord. Too bad they don't have a -10 rating on this.
