Rated 3 out of 5?by MiguelK11 You can do better, Trust me! I moved into Bayvue Apartments last year, and I can't wait to leave. Don't let the pictures fool you. My kitchen doesn't have marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, or fancy new cabinets. I was told that not all of the apartments come with a dishwasher, and I accepted that, but the quality is very sub-par. Also, I've never seen anyone use that pool... ever. The grounds are well-kept and the cleaning staff is efficient, but that doesn't make up for the fact that I can hear the slamming of every door in my building. It is as if the residents don't know how to close a door quietly. The management staff is very friendly and helpful and did go through the trouble of correcting the horrendous parking situation. They distributed new, bright orange tags, and had all of the illegal vehicles towed away, Unfortunately they can't do anything about the poor construction of the apartments. The floors are paper-thin. I can actually hear my upstairs neighbors having a conversation or talking on the phone. That is, when they aren't stomping from one room to the next. Bayvue has good and bad points, as you can see. It is a decent place for families on a budget, but not single professionals. February 14, 2013
