Rated 2 out of 5?by VAtraveler Would Not Recommend Pros: The grounds are well kept, looks nice outside Pool, tennis court, and playground are nice Always easy to find parking spot Relatively safe Dog friendly Cons: Maintenance requests are the worst imaginable Prices are unreliable Very noisy ? the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversing First floor apartments prone to floods Roach/spider/insect infestations in some apartments Electricity is expensive because of bad thermostats and old appliances ($180/month in winter) April 17, 2013
