Rated 1 out of 5?by Would not recommend to anyone Pros: the over all set up of the apartment is nice as well as the amenities Cons: where do I start? I have only lived here for a year because I hated it. In the 12 months I had at least two issues a month arise, such as no hot water, cockroaches, the thermostat was broken and hear would go up to 95, they fixed the broken dryer with duck tape 8 times, flooding in the kitchen, and the showers stopped working. I had a door broken the first month I lived there and they never fixed it. Not only was the office staff rude when I came in with a problem but when I tried to contact corporate about my experience the office manager called me and was just as rude. They also lie about important "notes" they leave on the door, we have to stay an extra 2 unwanted weeks due to this and pay extra rent. This is the most poorly ran establishment I have ever lived in. Rated 1 out of 5?by 2.5 yr resident - Not recommended for you Pros: - Lawn service is there almost 6 days a week getting in the way and making noise. Atleast it looks nice.. -New rules every other week. - Office "Staff" is Great Cons: - The lead Property Manager is awful and unprofessional. - Old appliances and cabinets. - Walls are paper thin can hear your neighbor do everything. - Frowns upon pets. - Frowns upon military. - Bushes out front make you risk a vehicle accident when exiting the complex. Not very flexible when it comes to your convenience. - I did not trust them upon exiting my lease. May 18, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5?by Would Not Recommend Pros: The grounds are well kept, looks nice outside Pool, tennis court, and playground are nice Always easy to find parking spot Relatively safe Dog friendly Cons: Maintenance requests are the worst imaginable Prices are unreliable Very noisy ? the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversing First floor apartments prone to floods Roach/spider/insect infestations in some apartments Electricity is expensive because of bad thermostats and old appliances ($180/month in winter) April 17, 2013
