Rated 2 out of 5?by kb1234 Four seasons So when we first moved it we loved it and everything was great. Once they changed the staff and managers we just have had problem after problem. We had already renewed our lease and we got 400 off to resign( which made it the same price as when we signed the first time) after being under contract for 28 days I got a job promotion making me move out of the state. thinking we could have just found someone to take out lease I was set. Once I went to find out exactly what I needed to do I found out not only could I NOT sale our contract , but i could back out because it was 28 days into our contract. So now we have to pay 1500$ just to get out of that contract and we have to give a 60 day notice to our get out as well. Got the money together and 2 months later find out we have to pay the 450 off they gave us for resigning. making it a total of 3,410 payable to four seasons just to get out of a contract. No only do I feel like they are shady. The staff was rude and unwilling to help in anyway. I have never heard if an apartment complex making you jump through so many hoops to get out of a contract. I would not rent from them it is not worth it. May 28, 2013
